She spent two years as a sports reporter at KALB in Alexandria, Louisiana where she was awarded Best Sportscast in 2023. While there, she covered LSU football and women’s basketball and LSU Baseball Super Regionals. She was the beat reporter and traveled with Division I FCS Northwestern State University athletics. In addition, she covered 70+ high schools in Central Louisiana. Also, Mary-Margaret wrote, produced, and anchored a weekly award-winning sports show, SportsNite.

A South Carolina native, Mary-Margaret graduated from North Greenville University in April 2022. She worked for NGU Athletics as a sideline reporter and directed athletic broadcasts.

Mary-Margaret has always had an interest in sports and played basketball for many years. She was born and raised a Clemson fan, Go Tigers! When basketball season rolls around the UConn Lady Huskies and the Clemson Tigers are the teams she will be watching and pulling for. She’s familiar with the Myrtle Beach area as she grew up vacationing here.

In her spare time, Mary-Margaret enjoys going to the beach , working out, spending time with her husband, Cory, friends and family and hanging out with her cat, Winston.

She is excited to cover Teal Nation and the Pee Dee region.
