Over the years she has had the opportunity to cover countless breaking news stories and meet incredible people making a difference in the community. As the station's consumer investigative reporter, she highlights timely consumer topics and investigates viewer issues in her Consumer Solutions reports.

In addition to reporting, she is the anchor of WBTV News This Weekend on Saturday and Sunday mornings. She enjoys interviewing city leaders and highlighting small business owners through the live guest segments she has created.

Before returning to Charlotte, Caroline spent six years in Texas. After graduating from Southern Methodist University, she began her reporting career at KETK-News in Tyler, Texas. During her time there she started her own weekly investigative segment, where she uncovered a ring of illegal gambling practices in the area.

When Caroline is not reporting she spends her time emceeing events for local organizations, playing tennis and boating on the lake! She enjoys seeing the changes the city is going through after spending her middle and high school years living in the area and attending Charlotte Latin School.

If you need a solution to your consumer problem or you are a small business owner interested in sharing your story on the weekend morning show, you can reach out to her with ideas at [email protected].
