AMBER Alert canceled for 5-year-old boy believed to be in ‘extreme danger’

ATLANTA, Ga. (WANF/Gray News) - An AMBER Alert issued for a 5-year-old boy reported missing out of Decatur, Georgia has been canceled.

Yasir Felton-Smith was reportedly last seen Thursday with Tia Lache Smith, 23. He was believed to be in extreme danger, according to the alert.

The alert did not state Smith’s relation to the child.

Law enforcement has not said what Smith’s involvement is or if she is facing charges.
