2nd arrest made in Sandersville apartment complex shooting
Description A second suspect has been taken into custody in connection with a shooting at a Sandersville apartment complex over the weekend.

Initially investigated as a suspicious death, the case was later ruled a homicide following confirmation from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation on Monday.
The sheriff’s office says Shade was found to have been shot at least once and had been deceased for several days before discovery.
“Through extensive investigative efforts and evidence gathered over the past several weeks, investigators developed probable cause for the arrest of June James in connection to the homicide,” the sheriff’s office said in a press release.
James was transported to the Charles B. Webster Detention Center.
This remains an active investigation, and no further details will be released at this time.
The death comes amid a surge in violent crime that’s claimed about 200 lives across the CSRA in the past three years.
