‘It is an accomplishment’: Georgia woman celebrates 110th birthday

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A Sandy Springs woman just celebrated a major milestone.
She turned 110 years old on Friday.
Peggy Cobb has lived through two world wars, the creation of the internet and even wrote two books. Atlanta News First talked to one of Cobb’s sons at her birthday party.
“To see all of the people here, you realize that it is an accomplishment that people appreciate,” he said.
Peggy herself says the secret to a long life is to “be flexible, so you don’t get bent out of shape when things happen.”
