Enjoy live music, performances at annual Aiken Art Walk
AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - If you are looking for something to do on Tuesday night, there is an art walk happening in downtown Aiken.
There are more than 60 artists and five performers showcasing their work.
You can also look at artwork and enjoy live music.
We spoke with Eric Morgan, the City of Aiken’s tourism manager, who says it’s a great way of showing the culture in the area for people in town for golf.
“When you think of art and culture, a lot of times people just think of paintings, but art applies to anything that people do to express themselves in a different way,” said Morgan. “So, we are looking at all of that, and this takes place in the Aiken Downtown Culture district, so Warren Street is part of it, and it really adds a highlight to that meaning.”
‘Just have fun’ as Aiken Fest provides family entertainment
Aiken Fest provided some family fun over the weekend. The annual festival started on Thursday.

This is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Also in downtown Aiken is the Amp The Alley with a live music performance at 6:30 p.m.
