Officials are investigating after a dead horse was left on the side of Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta on Saturday night.

The department said OSHA cited BioLab after its investigation into the fire found it was caused by “improperly stored hazardous chemicals.”

BioLab has 15 business days to comply or appeal the fines.

In late September, a fire at the plant caused a large plume of toxic chemicals to float across several metro Atlanta counties.
