Dads, kids enjoy family time during church’s hoops event

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - At Good Shepherd Baptist Church, fathers and families were able to participate in a Father’s and Family Hoops Day event on Saturday.
The family-friendly time was about honoring the dads at the church and not forgetting those who have ed on.
One of the youth ministers spoke about seeing everyone come together.
“It’s such an amazing time to see the youth here with their fathers and father figures and like-minded men here ing a great cause – just a lot of positive vibes going on and positive energy,” Cameron Williams said.
